2020 is finally drawing to a close… It’s almost time to relax, unwind and take a deep breath before the start of 2021! At Vizlib, we wrapped up the year with a fun, interactive year-end event – Mistletoe & Martinis!
And Vizlibbers from all around the world got to join in the Mistletoe & Martinis fun! Unfortunately, with the current restrictions, it wasn’t possible for everybody to be together in person. But for those not able to get to our London and Poznań offices… Vizlib came to us!
The only thing left to do was open the virtual doors of our homes, step through and join in the excitement!
The event was jam-packed with entertaining and engaging guest speakers, important company updates and even an awards ceremony!
? Thanks especially to the inspiration from professional gaming legends – Christopher “GeT_RiGhT” Alesund and Konstantinos “FORG1VEN” Tzourtziou on adopting a champion’s mentality.
? And bestselling author, Nir Eyal, for sharing his valuable four-step approach to reclaiming our attention, focus and our lives. Something truly needed in a fast-paced tech company!
Then the moment many Vizlibbers had been waiting for arrived – the Vizlib 2020 Awards ceremony! These awards recognised Vizlibbers for their outstanding work achievements (such as most valuable developer and most impactful newcomer), plus shone the spotlight on those that exemplify our company’s core values! And with the votes tallied, the shining stars were announced and claimed their well-deserved awards!
With that, team celebrations continued around the globe. And, all in all, the event more than achieved its goal of wrapping up 2020 with a neat bow. Plus, inspiring and motivating the whole Vizlib team for 2021! We’re ready to dream bigger and continue delivering the wow together!
