Life before Vizlib: I am passionate about customers! Fortunately, I’ve been able to channel my energy into keeping customers happy through executive and management roles in customer success and E-commerce, including my last role, Director of Customer Success, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Mission at Vizlib: I am truly excited to join the Vizlib team and begin this new adventure as Customer Success Manager for the US. I love the team spirit here. From day one, and from the top down, you become a part of the family and always feel 100% supported.
Favourite chart: Vizlib Line Chart! It’s super customisable and one of my favourite visualisations for its clear points and stories.
Behind the scenes: Before entering college, I was training to be a professional swimmer, and broke records for backstroke speed in the US nationwide competitions! Otherwise, I love to explore NYC on long walks with my daughter, frequent the ballet at Lincoln Center, read a lot of books, and sing and dance for no audience (thankfully). I also make a delicious Negroni! (And apparently, this drink should be stirred, not shaken for the perfect cocktail blend!)
Favourite quote: It may not be a quote, but I have always found a lot of power and clarity in asking yourself, “Why?”
