Pablo Vidal just joined the V-Team as a Customer Support Engineer ? – a role that sits at the very heart of our company.
When he’s not making moves at a chess board, Pablo is moving mountains for the customer-side of the tech industry. As one of the star employees at Zendesk, with over 12 years of experience supporting customers at tech companies and fluency in French ?? and Spanish ?? languages, Pablo is about to supercharge the Vizlib support. Get ready for the Vizlib Wizards! ?♂️?

Before Vizlib: I am just back from a career break which has been longer than anticipated, but I am ready to roll now and really excited to join Vizlib. I have more than 12 years of experience doing support in a variety of technology companies.
Role at Vizlib: Customer Support. I will mainly work on the support tickets that come through the Vizlib freshdesk portal. My role is all about giving support to our customers in order to make their journey with us as smooth as possible.
Favourite chart: Sankey Chart because there are plenty of colours and waves, it reminds me of the sea.
Special skills: love helping customers! (also.. ?️??????)
